The first morning of Cracked Pots I met Ruby the Resourceress. She makes clocks and all kinds of great things out of old cookie tins and bottle caps. No two are the same. I spotted her sign that said she likes to barter and I was thrilled. She wanted one of my small marble balls, and I am lucky to now have this guy hanging in my kitchen. I love it when it works out like that. If you are in Portland, be sure to check out the Art and Craft market this weekend. I will be sharing a booth with Adrienne of mmmfiber. We will be set up next to the farmers market. Bright and early.
