Cracked pots is finished. It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun. I learned a ton, and would do a few things differently. I am happily planning to go back next year. We are headed to the mountains tomorrow for a vacation with the grandparents. Everyone is excited around here. Speaking of being excited, here is another show that I am very excited to be a part of.

Cracked Pots
Cracked pots started yesterday. The weather finally turned nice, and Edgefield is beautiful. The gardens are great, the best spot for a garden show I have ever seen. Lots of shoppers make for a busy day, but good busy. I didn't get a chance to walk around much but Matt and the kids did. Mason took some pictures with his camera (the result of the canoe accident) and wanted to show a couple of his favorites.
We are headed back later today for the last day of the show, it runs from 1 to 8. I'm sure we'll have lots more pictures to show tomorrow.

A Little Break
This weekend we took off for a last minute camping trip. We headed to Paulina Lake in central Oregon, and spent the weekend in the water. Lots of canoing, swimming, and relaxing in the hot springs. I saved the canoe from being tipped at one point, but was not able to save the camera from going into the lake.............. so here are a few pictures from the first part of the trip.
Now back to reality, and back to getting ready for Cracked pots. If you would like to see more pictures from the recycled arts fest, check this out.

Block Party
After a great day filled with neighbors, water balloons, bike riding, dancing, water fights, sparklers, too much food, croquet, lots of babies, way too many fireworks, music, and good friends, we're all still recovering.
For those of you interested, the recycled arts show this weekend is at Esther Short Park next to the farmer's market. It runs from 10-3 Saturday, and 11-4 Sunday. Have a good weekend everyone!
